Inaugural Fellowship Aims to Enhance Understanding of Israel and Zionism in North American Jewish Schools

A new initiative called the Zionist Education Initiative Fellowship has been launched by Nefesh B’Nefesh to enhance education on Israel and Zionism in Jewish schools across North America. The inaugural group of twelve educators recently began a yearlong program in Israel, which includes extensive training and development for a new curriculum set to be implemented by 2026.

Their mission is to enrich students’ understanding of Jewish identity, history, and the concept of peoplehood through a structured curriculum that has already benefited many students in the past.
