Ohio Preacher Charged with Sex Abuse Disinvited from Trump’s Black Pastor Event

An Ohio preacher, Pastor Paul Endrei, was hastily removed from Donald Trump’s list of participants at a black pastor event after learning he faces trial next month for charges of sexually abusing his adopted daughter.

Trump was the main draw at the Midwest Visions & Values Pastors & Leadership Conference held in Cleveland Heights, and Endrei’s name was included in the initial list of 17 faith leaders invited to the front of the sanctuary.

Pastor Darrell Scott, who co-founded the National Diversity Coalition For Trump and leads the New Spirit congregation, invited Endrei despite the latter having no connection to Trumpworld.

A Trump aide acknowledged Scott invited the attendees but stated the campaign was unaware of Endrei’s past or presence, though Endrei was notably absent from the event.

Unlike other past controversies involving Trump figures, this incident involved a last-minute disinvitation to prevent a potentially awkward and damaging situation involving a pedophile charge.
