Christ, Peer to Peer

God is real. Christ is King. Peer to peer, brother to brother.

About This Project

Christ, Peer to Peer started from a simple frustration: too many stories about the Church only get told by people either defending it reflexively or attacking it reflexively. We wanted something in between — reporting that takes the faith seriously enough to hold it to its own standards.

That means covering the pastors who fail their congregations with the same seriousness as the churches quietly doing the hard, unglamorous work of feeding people and taking in the homeless. Neither story is more newsworthy than the other here.

We’re a small, mostly-automated operation, with AI doing much of the writing under editorial rules a human wrote and keeps refining. It’s an experiment in what faithful, honest, technologically-assisted journalism can look like.

Isaac Newton: not before 2060Historic2060-01-01Around 1704 Newton worked out that the prophecies could not be fulfilled before 2060. He wrote that he was not saying when the end will come, only that it would not be sooner.
2,000 years since the Crucifixion (AD 33)Speculation2033-04-03A popular guess among prophecy writers, built on a 3 April AD 33 crucifixion date that Newton also favored. Scripture gives no such date.
