According to Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office records, the individual, identified as Noel Walker, 20, of Conroe, faces five counts of possession of child pornography, a first-degree felony, and one count of promoting or possessing a child-like sex doll, now classified as a state jail felony.
Walker, who reportedly identified himself as a youth pastor and worship leader at Infinity Church, was taken into custody by Constable Ryan Gable’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit and Safe Harbor Detectives. The arrest followed an extensive investigation initiated by an online tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
The investigation led to a search warrant execution at Walker’s residence on May 28, where law enforcement confiscated his media devices for forensic examination. Authorities discovered that Walker possessed child sexual abuse material depicting very young children and a child-like sex doll. The new Texas law, effective since August 31 of the previous year, prohibits the ownership of two or more such dolls, reflecting a commitment to the protection of minors.
Detectives believe the seized electronic devices contain thousands of illicit images and videos. Some of these images were reportedly altered using artificial intelligence tools to remove clothing from social media photos of minors, making them appear naked. The forensic investigation is ongoing, with the possibility of additional state and federal charges as more evidence is reviewed.
