Deputies representing the Twelfth Circuit Solicitor’s Office indicated they cannot disclose the specifics of the resolution but confirmed it is now finalized.
Both Pastor Patrick and Principal Kirven faced charges related to failing to report suspected child abuse or neglect and conspiracy, according to the investigation.
Associate Attorney Shipp Daniel from the Parham Law Firm issued a statement regarding the resolution, expressing that the matter has been concluded.
The resolution follows an ongoing investigation into the school and previous charges brought against these officials concerning child safety protocols.
