Local Baptist Church Embezzlement Case Closed: Pastor Pleads Guilty, Restitution and Probation Set

The legal proceedings involving the former pastor of Sabbath Home Baptist Church, Ransom Wade McLamb Jr., have concluded with a plea agreement, resulting in a conditional discharge. McLamb Jr. was charged with embezzlement and felony conspiracy, but the conspiracy charge was dismissed. As part of his plea, McLamb Jr. agreed to pay $20,000 in restitution and serve 12 months of supervised probation.
