Provincial Authorities Award Recognition to Universal Church of the Kingdom of God for Legal Compliance

The Ministry of Government and Justice, through the Provincial Directorate of Worship, has presented a record of recognition to the branches of the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God located in Jujuy province. This acknowledgment follows the completion of the legal procedure required for registration with the Registry of Worship.

Elisa Gianuzzi, director of the provincial agency, stated that this legal compliance reflects a significant state policy for the functioning of religious organizations under Law 21.745. The recognition underscores the importance of formal registration for the operation of religious entities.

During the meeting, the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God highlighted various activities conducted throughout the year. These include monthly blood donation campaigns, social work in prison services, and spiritual assistance for individuals facing social vulnerability or suffering, such as those dealing with problematic substance use.

The church also emphasized its Universal Youth Force (FJU) program, which offers a range of activities including sports, dance, singing, acting, trades, languages, and training such as Watchtowers.

The Minister of Government and Justice, Normando Álvarez García, aims to implement public policies that provide permanent and free advice to all churches seeking to formalize their registration and obtain their cult file. These policies will apply to both the central organization and its subsidiaries, ensuring the constitutional right to freedom of worship in Jujuy.

Pastors from several churches in Jujuy province participated in the meeting. These include Gerson Madureira and Cristian Muñoz from the Churches of San Salvador de Jujuy, Luis Tadeu de San Pedro, Lucas Monje de Libertador General San Martín, Nicolás Leiva de Perico, Jonathan Aguilar de Palpalá, and Carlos Riveira of the Church of La Quiaca.
