Houston Area Youth Pastor Arrested on Child Exploitation Charges: Noel Walker Faces Multiple Counts Including Possession of Child Pornography and Promotion of a Child-Like Sex Doll.

In a recent development, Noel Walker, a 20-year-old from Conroe, Texas, was arrested by Constable Ryan Gable’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit and Safe Harbor Detectives on July 2, 2026. The arrest followed an extensive investigation initiated by a CyberTip referral from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Walker faces multiple charges, including five counts of Possession of Child Pornography, classified as First-Degree Felonies under Texas law, and one count of Promotion or Possession of a Child-Like Sex Doll, a State Jail Felony. At the time of his arrest, Walker was publicly known as a Youth Pastor and Worship Leader at Infinity Church in the Houston area, with social media posts showing his involvement in youth summer camp activities.

The investigation, which involved search warrants and digital forensic examinations, revealed that the electronic devices seized may contain thousands of suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) images and videos. A comprehensive forensic examination is ongoing, with the possibility of additional state and/or federal charges being filed as evidence is further reviewed.

Constable Ryan Gable’s Office emphasized its commitment to protecting children from online exploitation and pursuing those who exploit the most vulnerable. This case highlights the importance of collaboration between local, state, and federal agencies, as well as the crucial role of NCMEC in identifying and rescuing child victims while ensuring accountability for offenders.
