Rev. Christopher Richmann, Ph.D., has been named the new pastor at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Albia. His appointment marks a new chapter for the congregation as they welcome him into their pastoral leadership.

Prior to joining St. Paul’s, Rev. Richmann served a congregation in Gatesville, Texas, for a period of 16 years. His experience in that role has provided him with a foundation for his current ministry.

Rev. Richmann’s ministry is guided by the words of Martin Luther, who emphasized that “A Christian lives not in himself…he lives in Christ through faith, in his neighbor through love.” This principle reflects the Lutheran tradition of living out faith through service and compassion.

St. Paul’s Lutheran Church invites the public to participate in worship services, which are held every Sunday at 10 a.m. The congregation is eager to engage with Rev. Richmann’s vision for the church’s worship, ministry, and community involvement.

The church encourages community members to share news and updates, fostering a spirit of connection and collaboration within the local area. This openness reflects a commitment to building relationships and supporting one another.
