Missouri Baptist Foundation Launches New Investment and Ministry Support Tools
The Missouri Baptist Foundation (MBF) has launched new financial programs aimed at supporting Missouri Baptist churches, ministries, and individual investors. These initiatives include Enhanced Cash and Term Investments, which are tied to a new Church Loan Program, and Capital Stewardship Campaigns, both designed to strengthen churches and expand Gospel outreach.
The Enhanced Cash and Enhanced Term Investment programs offer competitive returns while funding carefully underwritten loans for church construction, renovation, and expansion. These investments are not insured by any government entity and carry potentially higher impact, return, and risk. For October 2025, Enhanced Investment rates reach up to 4.50% for a one-year term.
MBF’s Church Loan Program provides mission-focused financing for qualified Missouri Baptist churches and ministries. Loan options include new construction, renovations, land purchases, mortgage refinancing, and short-term borrowing. The program features competitive rates, no prepayment penalties, and amortization periods up to 25 years, enabling churches to pursue ministry goals with confidence.
To complement borrowing, MBF now offers Capital Stewardship Campaigns through a network of pastor consultants. These campaigns guide churches through a three-month journey of prayer, vision casting, and generous giving, typically spanning three years of giving. The initiative aims to unify congregations and reduce long-term debt, supporting church growth and ministry expansion.
Dr. Neil Franks, President and CEO of MBF, emphasized that these tools respond to the needs of faithful Missouri Baptist churches and members. “We are excited to offer even more solutions that not only provide enhanced financial returns but also directly support ministry growth and Kingdom work,” he said.
Since 1946, the Missouri Baptist Foundation has provided biblically grounded financial solutions to help churches, ministries, and individuals steward resources for Kingdom impact. The new programs continue this mission, advancing the Gospel today, tomorrow, and ten-thousand tomorrows.
