www.christp2p.com is run by Christ Peer to Peer. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Who may use it
Anyone may read the site. To make an account or post, you must be at least 13 years old. Accounts are by invitation. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
Community Rules
Our Community Rules are part of these terms. We may remove anything that breaks them and suspend or close the account that posted it.
What you post
What you post stays yours. By posting it, you allow us to store it, show it, copy it and share it on the site and in the site’s players and feeds, for as long as it is on the site and as part of the record where a feature keeps one. You are responsible for what you post and promise that you have the right to post it. Public chat and the guestbook are public: anyone can read them.
Our content
The site’s own words, pictures and software belong to us or are used with permission. Pictures and media under open licenses are credited as their licenses ask.
News articles
News articles on the site are written by AI from public news reports, and each links to its sources. They can contain mistakes; our News Standards explain how they are made and how to report an error. People who are charged with a crime are presumed innocent unless they are convicted. Nothing on the site is legal, medical or financial advice.
Copyright
We answer copyright notices as our Copyright Policy describes, and we close the accounts of people who infringe again and again.
Gifts
Gifts are voluntary and are covered by our Donation Policy.
Other websites
The site links to other websites, including the news sources it reports on. We are not responsible for what they say or do.
No promises
The site is offered as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always work, be free of errors, or that anything on it is complete or up to date.
Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits from using the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the larger of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.
If someone makes a claim against us because of something you posted or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.
Ending
You may stop using the site and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Community Rules.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Kentucky, TN. If you have a complaint, please write to jason@christit.com first; most problems are settled that way. Any case that cannot be settled will be heard in the state and federal courts of Kentucky, TN.
Changes to these terms
The date at the top of this page changes whenever these terms change. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
