The 2026 Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) Annual Meeting is scheduled for June 7-10 at the Orlando Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Approximately 20,000 messengers are expected to attend.

As part of the Pastors’ Conference, four micro conferences will be held in the Convention Center during the Monday session. Aaron Burgner, Pastors’ Conference president and lead pastor at Lakes Church in Lakeland, Florida, said the organizers want “everyone to come and be part of this time of encouragement and equipping.” Burgner added that the group is pleased to have its ministry partners take part in the conference, which he said would encourage and equip pastors and leaders “as we serve together for the glory of God.”

Messenger pre-registration is open online. Detailed schedules will be released online and will include ministry reports, key business and other sessions.

Each year, Oklahoma Baptists, in partnership with Oklahoma Baptist University (OBU) and WatersEdge, host a gathering for Oklahoma Baptists, guests of WatersEdge and OBU alumni attending the meeting. This year’s fellowship will be held at 7 p.m. on June 9 at SeaWorld Park, with a light dinner and beverages provided. The event is free, but attendees must pre-register through a link provided in the announcement. Gathering believers from several groups in one place reflects a picture of unity (Psalm 133:1).

In addition to speakers and business sessions, the meeting will include events inside the exhibit center and outside the convention hall. SBC entities and affiliates will set up booths in the exhibit hall to promote their missions and provide resources for ministries. Organizations named in the announcement include the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission (ERLC), Gateway Seminary, GuideStone Financial Resources, the International Mission Board (IMB) and Lifeway Christian Resources, among others.

An interactive display for the Cooperative Program (CP) will allow attendees to share testimonies about how the CP has affected their journeys, churches and ministries. Brandon Porter, SBC Executive Committee vice president for convention communications, said many of the submitted testimonies will be shared throughout the year on the “SBC This Week” podcast. The CP booth will also serve as the endpoint of this year’s exhibit hall scavenger hunt.

The SBC Ministers Wives Luncheon, which is held each year, honors and encourages women who serve in the church alongside their husbands. Registration information for the luncheon is available through a link in the announcement.

With nearly 200 events, meetings and gatherings planned throughout the week, Southern Baptists will be gathered for ministry and fellowship.
