Deacons at Antioch Full Gospel Baptist Church in College Station are seeking to bar the widow and son of the church’s late pastor from the congregation, according to a report by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. The report’s headline states the deacons’ effort, but the available material does not describe the reasons given or any response from the family.
The church, at 3824 Antioch Blvd., is the subject of the report. The late pastor was Bishop Kenneth L. Robinson Sr., who died on April 12, 2026.
Keeping an accurate public record of who leads a congregation is a matter of truth and fairness (Ephesians 4:15). Public signage at the church still reflects that record.
On Sunday, Aug. 9, 2026, the church’s sign still identified Robinson as pastor, almost four months after his death.
