Virginia Pastor Charged After Allegedly Sending Explicit Images to Teen He Met at York, Pennsylvania, Church Service

Kenny Baldwin, 47, of Crossroads Baptist Church in Bailey’s Crossroads, Virginia, was arraigned on charges including unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, and indecent exposure, according to Pennsylvania State Police as reported by fox5dc.com. Protestia.com reports that Baldwin is 46 years old and has been lead pastor at Crossroads Baptist Church since 2011. The two reports differ on his age.

According to fox5dc.com, Baldwin met a 15-year-old boy at a church service in York, Pennsylvania, approximately 18 months earlier, where Baldwin had been invited to give a sermon. Protestia.com similarly reports that the contact began when Baldwin visited the young man’s church to deliver a sermon, and that the two exchanged phone numbers. Fox5dc.com reports that, according to court documents, Baldwin allegedly sent explicit photos to the boy multiple times a week for about a year, beginning around November 2024. The teen reported receiving some of these images as recently as early June, and some images are preserved as evidence. These are allegations, and Baldwin has not entered a plea.
