Video Allegedly Shows Jewish Man Desecrating St. Jacob’s Monastery in Old City, Jerusalem, Israel

A Russian news website posted a video in which a Jewish man was allegedly seen damaging the structure of St. Jacob’s Monastery in the Old City of Jerusalem. The footage has not been independently verified in this account, and the man’s identity and the circumstances of the recording are not described in the source material. Careful handling of such claims before they are repeated reflects truthfulness (Proverbs 18:17).

The report, as described in the source, presents the incident as part of a broader pattern. It claimed that the monastery had become a frequent target for harassment by extremists.
